Mission
Canvassers are responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with qualified homeowners.
Essential Job Functions
o Learn and deliver a solar presentation to prospective homeowners
o Canvass areas that Verengo has recently performed an installation and target markets
o Provides nightly reporting of leads/appointments and hours worked
o Completes necessary paperwork and email correspondence promptly
o Attends ongoing training to keep up with market expansion and job duties
o Attends weekly conference calls and meetings
o Maintains constant communication with the Confirmation Team
o Partners with the Field Market Supervisors to ensure goals are consistently met
o Communicates and shares best practices with management and team
o Demonstrates behavior to properly represent Verengo's core values

o Beginning hourly rate is $10.00 plus bonus potential
o Pay for performance weekly bonus plan
o $40K
annual earnings target
o Top reps earn $60K
annually
o No cap on commissions
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
