Sales Engineer

Support sales of US manufactured electro mechanical production machines and tools for export including but not limited to the oil and gas industry. Promote the sale of production machinery by conferring with prospective customers to assess equipment needs. Evaluate requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products. Make presentations to support sales. Respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Provide technical details. Prepare sales contracts. Locate and identify potential customers for products or services. Review market conditions to identify issues affecting salability (e.g. product pricing, availability, and advantages). Meet with manufacturers to identify product lines and obtain technical specifications required to support sales.
Requires a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1 year of experience in position or as a Production Engineer. In lieu of, will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of progressive experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. Experience as a Production Engineer is acceptable. No less than a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of progressive experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
