Responsibilities:
Greeting and Seating:
Welcome guests warmly, seat them promptly, and provide menus to create a positive first impression.
Taking Reservations and Managing Phone Services:
Answer calls, handle reservations, and provide information to ensure exceptional customer service.
Clearing and Resetting:
Clear tables after diners finish their meals, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
Assisting Servers:
Support servers by delivering food orders, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs.
Food Delivery and Timing:
Pick up food orders from the kitchen and deliver them accurately and promptly.
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing tables and surfaces.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Problem-Solving:
Handle guest complaints professionally and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and personable attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, servers, and other staff members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Prior experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in one or more of the mentioned positions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
