Here at Pure Logic Escrow, we have an excellent support staff that allows for the Officer and their Assistant to give superior costumer service to our clients.
An Escrow Assistant will work closely with the Officer and Processing Team to successfully run their face paced, high volume desk together.
Advanced working knowledge in escrow processing is a must.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Confirming your file is complete prior to closing - Reviewing completed documents for accuracy - Working on funding conditions - Following up on missing information - Packaging loan documents - Uploading documents into our paperless system - Delegating tasks to your team Processor - Assisting with answering phone calls and responding to emails - Arranging Notary signings - Updating clients with file status - Preparing recordable documents and amendments - Assisting with setting up recordings It is required you have experience with the following:
- Reviewing contracts - Opening escrow and title - Abstracting a prelim - Requesting reports and payoff demands If you are, - A motivated individual looking for a career - Someone who pays attention to detail and organization - Someone who possesses excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues - Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines Then this position is for you!
