- Assist doctors in providing medical care to patients - Perform administrative tasks such as inputing medical notes, creating estimates, going over treatment plans, and beign the right had to our doctors.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies - Take patient vitals and record medical history - Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the doctor - Provide support to patients and their families by answering questions and addressing concerns - Maintain confidentiality of patient information Requirements:
- Experience working in a medical setting, preferably pre-veterinary students.
- Knowledge of medical terminology - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in customer service - Basic understanding medicine and dosing Note:
Medical records management experience is a plus.
