High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) ; Notary License a plus/or willing to be licensed through company.
Knowledge:
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Comfortable in talking to others to convey information effectively Proficiency in English and basic math skills Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Availability to work flexible shifts Working knowledge of mail, shipping and Point of Sale (POS) Systems preferred Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role Notary License a plus/or willing to be licensed through company.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Maintain records related to sales.
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Process returns received from customers Ensure proper presentation and displays are in place for assigned area Job Types:
