We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to operate and enhance all digital merchandise activities, with the goal of profitable sales growth and improving customer experiences.
This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Marketing Responsibilities Create marketing strategies to drive sales that leverages industry trends, remarketing techniques and other innovative approaches Enhance, maintain and analyze key metrics using Google Analytics and making recommendations to increase sales Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams to identify new product and promotional opportunities Create email marketing assets, while coordinating with the graphic designer to determine user-friendly layouts to inspire buyers to redirect to the website Owns email marketing calendar which includes scheduling emails on a weekly basis based on metrics Set up and manage social media marketplaces and online shops to enhance opportunities Create, schedule and manage content for social media platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Create email marketing automation based on remarketing strategies Communicates successes, challenges or other key performance indicators Collaborates with SEO and PPC vendors based on keyword and backlink strategies to drive traffic to websites Tracking of email analytics and various metrics pertaining to email delivery, engagement and conversions eCommerce Website Maintenance Upload, remove and modify product imagery and descriptions as needed Maintain and update customer email databases Additional Duties Support sales staff with ad-hoc marketing tasks Manage and update company intranet on a regular basis regarding assets for sales enablement Requirements:
Prefer at least 2-3 years of Internet / eCommerce experience Digital email marketing and keyword advertising experience Proven ability to meet goals Knowledge of metric reporting Consistently communicates company directives in a professional manner (written, phone and in-person) Strong problem solving and analytical skills Microsoft Suite, MS Teams, WordPress and Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop for editing product photos to display correctly on the web) This job is best suited for a person who:
